Prepaid customers

  1. ①Enter the check-in code written in the email from the hotel into the tablet device in the lounge on the first floor.
  2. ② Follow the instructions on the tablet device screen to complete the procedure.
  3. ③You will be issued with an unlock code, so please make a note of the four-digit number.
  4. ④Please take the elevator to your room.

Customers paying locally

Card payment customers

・You can check in using the same procedures as customers who pay in advance.
・After completing the check-in procedure, you can make a payment by entering your card number into the tablet device.

Cash payment customers

・Cash payments are not accepted on-site. Please make payments at the management office.
