■ Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. If smoking is discovered, a room cleaning fee of 30,000 yen will be charged.
■ Cassette tape management / If damage caused by the customer is discovered, a 5,000 yen fee will be charged.
■ If the number of guests is changed without permission / the regular rate will be charged as if it were a reservation made on the day.
■ Other guest room soiling/damage / If any soiling or damage caused by the guest is discovered, we will charge you the actual cost.
