After check-in is completed, a four-digit passcode will be issued.

Cancellations Day-Before or Day-Of Check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee
No show/failure to arrive without prior contact: 100% of accommodation fee

■ The entire building is non-smoking / If evidence of smoking is found, we will charge the guest a cleaning fee of 30,000 yen.
■ Key management / Please manage your own keys. If the key is lost, a 20,000 yen fee will be charged to the guest for replacement key production.
■ Cassette tape management / If damage is discovered, 5,000 yen will be charged to the guest as a replacement fee.
■ Changes in the number of guests without permission/Regular rates will be charged for same-day reservations.
■ Other stains and damage to guest rooms/If stains or damage is discovered, the actual cost of repair will be charged to the guest.
